The Digital Capabilities group leads product development for core shared services across access and authorization, collaboration and communication, and front-end enablers. We have an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Lead Digital Product Manager** to help drive our digital capabilities strategy and roadmap. **In this role, you will:**
+ Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
+ Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
+ Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
+ Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
+ Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
+ Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
+ Serve as an expert advisor to leadership in any of the following areas: access and authorization, collaboration and communication, and front-end enablers
+ Define features and requirements as part of the overall Digital Capabilities roadmap in an Agile framework
**Required Qualifications, US:**
+ 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans
+ Experience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, operations, or customer service processes
+ Previous product management experience with any of the following areas:
+ Access and authorization capabilities, such as customer identity access management, authentication, fraud tools, entitlements and authorization, or login/biometrics;
+ Collaboration and communication capabilities such as document collaboration or alerts or content management;
+ Customer experience analytics capabilities such as design and experience optimization, A/B testing, CSAT, NPS, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc, and previous experience with database architectures, SQL, MongoDB, Data Lakes, etc.
+ Product management experience with web UI frameworks and design systems, web application development and SaaS web platforms.
+ Previous experience with related vendor solutions such as Ping Identity, Actimize, RSA, NuData, Documentum, SDL Tridium, Glassbox, Optimizely, Tableau, etc.
