The Senior Digital Product Manager will support the onboarding of customers and products, and supporting the platform development, to deliver differentiated and delightful experiences for our commercial and corporate customers as they onboard and deepen their relationships with Wells Fargo.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
+ Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
+ Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
+ Independently resolve complex issues
+ Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
+ Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives
+ Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
+ Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
+ Establish and maintain relationships with the key business and technology stakeholders on product capabilities and priorities
+ Bring the product to market by ensuring the firm is prepared to deliver and service the product throughout its life cycle.
+ 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ Demonstrable experience of engaging senior partners and other stakeholders to support important business decisions.
+ Demonstrable knowledge of the product management discipline
+ Basic familiarity with the principles of design thinking, and lean and agile software delivery.
+ Experience working in or with lean and agile software delivery teams
+ Experience working with design professionals, within a design thinking process
+ A BS/BA degree or higher
+ Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other businesses and functional areas
+ Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
+ At least 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably commercial or corporate banking
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
+ Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, information architecture, software build, design thinking and service design techniques
+ Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
