The **CB CIB Digital** group manages customer-facing digital channels supporting Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking businesses and several enterprise digital channels. The **CEO Transformation** team within CB CIB Digital is looking for dynamic Senior Product Managers who will be focused on building and evolving new digital experiences for the flagship Commercial Electronic Office (CEO®) Online portal, in support of all products and services that support the Wholesale banking customer's digital experience with Wells Fargo.

The responsibilities of **Channel Product Manager** are broad and deep: strategizing, prototyping, building, and evolving digital experiences that factor in use cases across multiple stages of a customer's journey, variations by customer segment and business needs, client-centric experience, scalability across browsers, operating systems and devices, responsive design, accessibility, new and existing technologies, standards for interaction with customers, authentication modalities, application and integration strategy, business processes, data management, information security, and risk management controls.

Some current projects include:

+ Commercial portal redesign, to take our portal into the future and beyond, the next level

+ New innovative digital experiences and large scale initiatives evaluating new technologies to implement across our channels and platforms

+ New portal and application strategy and consulting with our LOB partners

+ Customer experience feedback gathering and understanding to incorporate across our channels and services

+ Usability testing, customer feedback, A/B testing

+ Responsive design across mobile devices and other touch enabled interfaces.

+ Ensure our new solution meets our browser strategy/standards, accessibility, standards and guidelines for all internet channel interactions with our customers.

+ Special projects that span the channel and product online experience, such as involvement in setting up a testing and prototyping lab using mobile devices.

The Digital Consultant would be expected to provide analysis, strategy, and recommendations. As well, lead one or more of the efforts for the **CEO Core Experiences & Platform** group; utilizing knowledge of new technologies and how they affect our customers and our digital properties, as well as how new user experience concepts \ should be used to our customer's benefit.

The successful candidate will bring deep product management experience especially around building new experiences, well-rounded analytical and business skills, communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a flexible teamwork approach.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact

+ Act as key participant in large-scale planning

+ Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area

+ Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors

+ Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

+ Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

+ Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

+ Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

**Required Qualifications, US:**

+ 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ A BS/BA degree or higher

+ Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product

+ Strong relationship development skills

+ Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all level of team members

+ Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals

+ Experience in product management/development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industries

+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, and SharePoint) skills

+ Self-starter and highly motivated for success

+ 10+ years of digital, product management, banking industry or financial services industry experience

+ Demonstrated success in end-to-end product or channel management experience, from discovery through execution; 2-3 years' experience developing strategy, roadmaps, business cases for a product or service

+ Experience leading major online customer programs, and experience with significant platform/product redesign definitions and launches

+ Previous experience launching new products or product enhancement within an Agile framework

+ Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives spanning across multiple functions and multiple lines of business

+ Previous third party platform integration

+ MBA preferred but not required

+ Advanced negotiation skills both with internal and external stakeholder

**Pay Range**

$115,900.00 - $206,100.00 Annual
